Personal training experiences can be very different, depending on where you go to train. Most personal trainers are found working within large chain gyms and do not take a personal interest in YOU as the client. They work based on a numbers system, meaning they have to sign a specific number of clients to maintain their jobs and reach their pay goals. Many of them may not take the time to perform proper evaluations in order to determine the proper exercises to lead you safey through your training, missing a vital step in the training process. At AIM we believe that your training, safety, and results are first and foremost!

Personal training is not for everyone. Sure, physically, anyone can get to a desired fitness level, but you must be mentally ready. Your decision on whether or not to work with a trainer must be based on a serious level of commitment. We help you to set attainable goals and keep you motivated to realize these goals.

AIM provides access to certified and professional personal trainers. Our trainers must go through intense courses and testing in order to become certified. You can be sure that your trainer cares about your results, and will help you acheive these results in the safest manner possible. Visible results are within your grasp, no matter your level of fitness.

Nutrition Counseling

A sport/fitness nutritionist is responsible for teaching athletes and fitness enthusiasts effective ways to improve their health, optimize their performance and manage their weight. Nutritionists may advise individuals on dietary practices, exercise and use of vitamins, minerals and supplements.

AIM offers sports nutrition consultations to help you understand the proper foods and intake you will need on your fitness journey. All yearly members of AIM receive free consultations every three months. These consultations include meal planning, proper nutrient intake, portion control, and much more. Beginning and maintaining a healthy fitness and nutrition plan is key! AIM will feature natural and healthy meals here each week (along with sources) to help you get a head start.
